LinkAssist is an AI-powered SaaS platform that helps users create LinkedIn content. The Service is provided by LinkAssist, having its office at Uttar Pradesh, India. These Terms govern your use of linkassist.ai, the web app, Chrome extension, and related services.

By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind yourself or your business.
Provide accurate details when you register. Keep your password safe. You are responsible for all activity in your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you suspect misuse.
You cannot use the Service where local law forbids it or if you are on any sanctions list.
LinkAssist lets you draft and manage LinkedIn posts, comments, campaigns, and related content. It may connect to third-party services that you choose, such as LinkedIn.
We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We will notify you of material changes.
Use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You agree that you will not:
Send spam or bulk unsolicited messages
Post or generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content
Try to bypass rate limits, security controls, or access source code
Copy, modify, or host the Service for others without permission
Scrape LinkedIn or other sites, or break their terms
Misuse personal data collected through the Service
You own your prompts, inputs, and outputs. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and process that content to run the Service and to meet legal duties.
We do NOT use your content to train public models
We may use anonymized usage data to improve the Service. If you opt in to share prompts or outputs for product improvement, you can opt out later.
We own the Service, software, design, and branding. You get a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service as per these Terms. Do not reverse engineer, copy, or create derivative works.
AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsafe if used without care. You should review all AI-generated content before posting.
Model Providers: We may use our own models and third-party model providers (OpenAI, Google Gemini). Their terms may apply to you.
Content Filtering: We may filter or block content that breaks these Terms or law.
If you connect LinkedIn or any other service, their terms and privacy rules apply. We are not responsible for third-party services or any change made by them.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from the dashboard or by email. Service remains available until the end of the current billing period.
We may apply usage caps, rate limits, storage limits, or throttling to keep the Service stable for all users.
Enforcement: We may suspend or restrict accounts that exceed fair use or abuse the Service. Repeated violations may result in permanent termination.
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
You must follow Indian data laws when you upload or process personal data, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You are the data fiduciary for end-user data you bring to the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, do not pay fees, or if required by law.
Your access ends immediately. We will handle your data as per our retention policy (30-day grace period, then permanent deletion).
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise any specific results, uptime, or that outputs will be accurate or fit for a purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages. Our total liability for all claims in a 12-month period will not exceed the fees you paid for the Service in that period.
You will defend and indemnify us from claims and losses that arise from your use of the Service, your content, or your breach of these Terms or law. We'll notify you quickly, let you run the defense, and help if you cover reasonable costs.
You must follow the LinkedIn User Agreement, API rules, and any rate limits or posting rules.

If LinkedIn or any platform restricts your account, this is outside our control and we are not responsible.
We may update these Terms. If changes are important, we will notify you in the app or by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
Continued use means you accept the updated Terms. If you disagree, you may cancel your account before changes take effect.

Neither of us owes damages for events we can't control (e.g., outage, disaster, war). Duties pause during the event. If it lasts 30 days, either side may cancel and we refund unused fees.
LinkAssist may transfer this Agreement to an affiliate or buyer with 30 days' notice. You may transfer only with our written consent (not unreasonably withheld).
If a clause is invalid, the rest still stand. Not enforcing a right once doesn't waive it later.
You confirm you are not barred from using the Service under Indian law or applicable sanctions rules. Do not use the Service in violation of export controls.
We may use your name and logo on our customer lists and site, unless you opt out by email. Feedback you give may be used by us without restriction or payment.
We may offer beta or trial features. They are for testing and may change or stop at any time. They are provided without warranties.
Acknowledgment: By using LinkAssist, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
